UCSI Long Service Award Gala Night

The UCSI Gala Night on 21 May 2024, was a truly meaningful event where I had the opportunity to meet colleagues who received long service awards:

• Diamond Award (30-34 years)

• Gold Award (25-29 years)

• Silver Award (20-24 years)

• Bronze Award (15-19 years)

• Ruby Award (10-14 years)

This event deeply inspired me, as I have never stayed with a company for more than four years in my past working experiences. Observing these dedicated colleagues motivated me to consider how I can extend my tenure with UCSI Group.

I am particularly inspired by those who received long-service awards. They have truly dedicated their days and nights to the company, delivering excellent services, achieving set goals, overcoming obstacles, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout their tenures. I have gained invaluable insights from their experiences.

By watching the short videos shared by these remarkable long-service employees, I gained insights into how they overcame challenges at different stages and chose to remain with UCSI Group.

Additionally, I had the chance to meet outstanding colleagues who received T.E.A.C.H. awards, recognizing their excellence and innovation in teaching, as well as their numerous contributions to research and publications.

Once again, I would like to express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt congratulations to all the colleagues who received long service awards and T.E.A.C.H. awards. This positive atmosphere will undoubtedly strengthen the bond among employees, particularly benefiting newcomers like me.
